Clear Capital’s valuation, property inspections, and appraisal review solutions are now available directly within the MeridianLink® Mortgage platform! This integration simplifies valuation management by eliminating manual delays and allowing users to order and manage loan files directly within MeridianLink.

MeridianLink Mortgage is a cloud-based loan origination system (LOS) designed to streamline the digital lending process for banks, credit unions, and mortgage lenders. The platform enables financial institutions to automate complex workflows, accelerate the underwriting process, and provide a seamless experience for borrowers. Lenders who use MeridianLink Mortgage can also improve operational efficiency, ensure data-driven compliance, and scale their lending volume through its highly configurable, end-to-end platform.

MeridianLink users can now access the following Clear Capital products through MeridianLink Mortgage:

ClearAVM™ – Lending-grade automated valuation model with nationwide coverage designed for situations requiring highly precise results.

Rental AVM – An automated valuation model that delivers instant, lending-grade monthly market rent estimates using the same high-quality data and modeling power as ClearAVM.

Property Condition Inspection (PCI) – Offers external or internal condition reports that can be paired with ClearAVM for a more complete property profile.

Post-Disaster Inspection (PDI) – Provides rapid external condition reports following natural disasters to assess collateral health.

To use Clear Capital’s products with MeridianLink Mortgage, add Clear Capital as a service provider. You can complete this by submitting a ticket to MeridianLink’s integration team via the support center.

Once Clear Capital is configured as a service provider, you can initiate orders without leaving the loan file.
