Our network of licensed brokers and agents can arrive to the disaster site within hours to assess a property.
The inspector will rate the damage to the property and inform you of minor, major, or no damage at the site.
Conformity can affect value, so the PDI also assesses the percentage of neighborhood properties damaged.
