Aces Ballpark is welcoming a new neighbor as Clear Capital officially announced its move to downtown Reno.
The real estate data analytics company is moving its headquarters from Truckee, Calif., to Nevada, with plans to employ 400 workers and pay an average salary of more than $60,000 per year.
The company’s new headquarters is at the Park Center Tower just across the downtown ballpark. Clear Capital will occupy the former offices of startup incubator C4CUBE, which moved to Midtown last year. The space has been stripped and is undergoing a significant remodel as part of the move.
