Leah Campbell is the Director of Product Management at Clear Capital, where she drives the product strategy for AURA®, the company’s premier automated collateral underwriting review solution, as well as Product Portal, Clear Capital’s centralized eCommerce platform. Recognized for her exceptional leadership, innovation, and impact within the housing ecosystem, Leah was named a HousingWire Rising Star. Leah has built a dynamic and diverse career within Clear Capital since joining the organization in 2021. She initially served as a Product Manager for the appraisal review platform team before transitioning to Senior Product Manager of eCommerce, where she managed the roadmap for the Clear Capital Portal. Throughout her progression, she has specialized in leading comprehensive market research, fostering cross-functional alignment between engineering and customer success, and bringing pioneering automated underwriting and photo AI solutions to market. Today, Leah leverages her extensive background in appraisal review innovation and eCommerce to streamline property valuation workflows for lenders and real estate professionals. She bridges the gap between complex property data and powerful, user-friendly software solutions that help clients navigate the modern mortgage market. When she isn’t helping shape the future of real estate technology, Leah fully embraces her creative side at home in Portland, Oregon. An avid writer and crafter, she spends her free time working on novels, writing comedy sketches, and diving into fiber arts like knitting, crocheting, and spinning yarn. She also enjoys tackling intricate jigsaw puzzles, cooking, and watching horror movies alongside her husband and their three beloved pets.
