Desktop Appraisal & Desktop Data Collection APIs are now available!

Today we’re excited to announce the launch of our Desktop Appraisal solutions APIs — a new way to easily integrate and order our Desktop Appraisal and Desktop Data Collection (DDC) services without leaving your existing workflow system. Whether you need a complete, GSE-compliant desktop appraisal or simply the floor plan and property data to execute one, it can be done through our standard API, eliminating the uncertainty around fulfillment and delivering significant cycle-time savings.

Our all-in-one Desktop Appraisal quickly provides a GSE-compliant 1004 Desktop/70D appraisal for single-family home purchase loans. We deliver a desktop appraisal lenders can trust by pairing innovative technology with our nationwide network of experienced property data collectors and appraisers.

Desktop Data Collection is a technology-supported property data collection service for Desktop Appraisals. With DDC, our trained data collectors capture property information, photos, a 2D floor plan, and ANSI-aligned gross living area (GLA) measurements and deliver them, so appraisers can confidently complete a GSE desktop appraisal.

Integration with our APIs requires minimal assistance because we use RESTful APIs that conform with Open API 3.0 specifications. Our API documentation includes downloadable code samples, YAML files, and answers to technical questions. Even though our APIs are self-serve, there may come a time when help is needed, and we offer integration support to ensure you have the right information and test environments to get up and running quickly.
