Be prepared for an upgrade

Universal Data Collection seamlessly integrates with our Hybrid Appraisal and Completion Report, providing lenders with a one-stop shop in case an upgrade is needed.

Hybrid Appraisal — The data captured in the UDC dataset is provided to an appraiser to complete 1004 Hybrid/70H appraisals.
Completion Report — For Freddie Mac's ACE+ PDR solution, if the property is found to be in C5 or C6 condition, or Q6 quality, our trained data collectors will gather data to verify if property repairs or alterations have been completed for property eligibility.
