AUSTIN, Texas — July 23, 2020 — New Vista Solutions (NVS), a leading aggregator of mortgage settlement services products, has further enhanced its technology platform with the integration of real estate valuation and analytics fintech leader Clear Capital’s automated valuation model (AVM) cascade, property market condition report, and evaluation products, including the ClearVal™ Hybrid Appraisal.
This integration offers mortgage lenders a customized valuation ordering process that best fits their specific underwriting guidelines and approval thresholds. By automating the ordering of valuation products into a customized cascade, NVS has streamlined the loan settlement process, which saves the lender time and money.

One of these products, The Quick Summary, is designed to be a low-price-point marketing tool for lenders who are 1) promoting home equity products to existing borrowers with tappable equity, 2) seeking new customers who need to finance home renovations, or 3) working with property owners who are constructing or renovating commercial buildings. It makes the borrower aware of cost-saving incentives they might not otherwise know about and introduces them to the second product, a more detailed list of incentives, called The Green Report.
The Quick Summary is now available to lenders when they order Clear Capital valuation products on the NVS platform. The lender is then able to pass The Quick Summary to the borrower as a value-added service that reinforces the lender/borrower relationship and potentially saves the borrower money.
