Sarah Lambert is Vice President of Human Resources for Clear Capital^®. Sarah leads the company's recruitment efforts in hiring exceptionally friendly and capable Clear Capital employees who are committed to improving our customers' work lives. She is also responsible for maintaining the company's policies and practices that provide a safe, employee-oriented work environment that also emphasizes a high quality of life. Sarah also coordinates the implementation of Human Resources-related services, policies, and programs, and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.

Sarah has more than fifteen years of Human Resources experience with demonstrated success in the recruitment, management, sales, staff planning, training and operations related to managing employees at all levels. She has a diverse background in the search and placement of executive and management positions within a variety of industries including technology, financial services, software, manufacturing, electronic, biotech, healthcare and the service enterprises.

Sarah spends her free time with her daughters, enjoying outdoor adventures such as hiking, skiing, camping, and fishing in the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
