Clear Capital

Kenon Chen is Executive Vice President of Technology for Clear Capital^®, and ensures the company's progressive technologies effectively support the needs of its clients and vendors. His areas of responsibility include technology infrastructures, data modeling and design, software development, employee recruitment, program management, and overall system design. He works hard to ensure all of Clear Capital's technology is robust, reliable, and easy to use for Clear Capital's clients.

Kenon's career began in 1997 when he served as Programming Division Manager for JD Stewart & Associates, and led the development team in the creation of custom software solutions for the public and private sectors. He also worked with the sales team as a sales engineer for potential clients. In 2000, he joined Roundpeg where he served as Director of Technology, and managed the web development team comprised of 20 ColdFusion and Java developers. More recently, Kenon served as Senior Consultant for Visage IT, where he worked as Technical Project Manager and was responsible for creating data center disaster recovery solutions for a major lending institution.

When not developing technology for Clear Capital, Kenon can be found relaxing in his mountain home in Truckee with his wife, or racing his sports car at one of the circuits in the northern California area.

Kenon is also an accomplished guitarist and song writer with several albums to his credit. People describe his musical style as "acoustic alternative," and you can catch him playing listening rooms along the West Coast and opening for more established acts in larger venues.
