Clear Capital

Kenon Chen is Executive Vice President of Technology for Clear Capital^™. Chen oversees the Technology department, ensuring that the company's progressive technologies meet customer needs providing customized applications, interfaces, forms and reports. He is responsible for the technology infrastructure, data and development functions; including needs analysis, technology recommendations, technology implementations, employee recruitment, project team management, and ultimately system design for ease of use by Clear Capital customers.

Chen's career in technology began in 1997 when he became the Programming Division Manager for JD Stewart & Associates, where he managed the development team, created custom software solutions for the public and private sectors, and worked with the sales team as a sales engineer for potential clients.

In 2000, he joined Roundpeg as Director of Technology, where he managed the web development team comprised of 20 ColdFusion and Java Developers. Most recently, Chen was Senior Consultant for Visage IT, where he worked on multiple projects as Technical Project Manager and was responsible creating data center disaster recovery solutions for a major lending institution, which was also one of their biggest clients.
