Data validations must be satisfied before a broker can submit a Residential Evaluation to the Quality Assurance Team for review.
Our trained team of Quality Assurance Analysts determine whether the data and comments within the Residential Evaluation tell a consistent story that supports the broker’s value conclusion. If the value is not adequately supported, our Quality Assurance Team returns the evaluation to the broker for better data and/or commentary.
