Clear Capital Sponsors STaSIS Motorsports for 2007 World Challenge Touring Car Season

National Property Valuation Outsourcing Firm Signs with World Class Motorsports Team for Second Consecutive Season

TRUCKEE, Calif., July 6, 2007 – Clear Capital, a leading property valuation outsourcing firm, announces the continued partnership with STaSIS Motorsports as a sponsor for the SCCA Pro Racing SPEED World Challenge Touring Car Championship season. The Clear Capital sponsorship will feature three Audi A4 Mahle-powered Quattro racecars. Chip Herr will drive car No. 17; Ian Baas car No. 18; and Adam Pecorari car No. 19.

Sponsorship of STaSIS places the Clear Capital name in the public eye. Name recognition is a key component of the Clear Capital strategy to achieve continued growth – not to mention the fun Clear Capital employees have following the progress of the STaSIS Motorsports team. In 2006, Clear Capital was ranked 30th on the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing private companies in the United States.

“Clear Capital is once again excited to sponsor a team that is a leading innovator in professional racing,” said Duane Andrews, Clear Capital CEO. “Clear Capital and STaSIS continue to share the common philosophy of delivering unmatched quality, proven products, and responsive customer service.”

“Clear Capital is the type of company we enjoy as a sponsor,” said STaSIS president Paul Lambert. “We have many similarities in corporate style and a lot of mutual respect. Plus they are real car enthusiasts which makes it nice as they appreciate what it takes to win on the track. One important part of winning is the driver lineup and I think we have an exceptionally strong one this year.”

The STaSIS lineup for 2007 has young, yet accomplished drivers. Herr’s impressive background includes a first place finish at the 2007 SCCA Speed Touring Car Race in Lime Rock Park in Lakeville, Conn.; and the winningest driver in the 2006 Speed Touring Car series with wins at Mid Ohio, Road America and Mosport. Baas was the GT class winner for the 2006 Rolex 24 at Daytona; ninth overall in ALMS; and the first American to podium in the Porsche Supercup Series. Pecorrari’s accomplishments include the Piloti Rookie of the Race award at the 2007 SCCA Speed Touring Car Race at Lime Rock Park for finishing as the highest ranked rookie; and the winner of the 2006 ISMA Lite series winning 9 of 10 races.

The next racing action for the STaSIS Motorsports team will take place this weekend (July 6-8, 2007) at the Grand Prix of Toronto.
