Clear Capital Appoints Two Industry Experts To Its Team.

Two new Directors of Customer Development will increase company’s footprint across the industry.


TRUCKEE, Calif. — February 13, 2014 — Clear Capital® (, the premium provider of real estate valuation and analytics, announces new team members Rich Kuegler and Scott Bares, both as the company’s Directors of Customer Development.

Since 1996, Rich Kuegler, Director of Customer Development, has held executive-level positions in mortgage finance. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President at DataQuick. “Rich’s experience and success in strategic planning, product development and business development make him vital to Clear Capital’s growth,” said Marshall. “Clear Capital’s solutions combine technology and data and analytics with traditional valuations and exceptional levels of service. For years, they have been changing the industry. I’m excited to be a part of this,” said Kuegler.


Scott Bares, Director of Customer Development, brings 17 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Prior to joining Clear Capital, Scott held management positions at GMAC, Wells Fargo, Winmark, and most recently Lender Processing Services. “Clear Capital’s desire to partner with like-minded people, dedicated to making our industry better, coupled with their consistent leading-edge solutions and outstanding customer service, make my job easy,” said Bares. “Scott does not believe in a one-size, fits all solution.
