]The road hasn’t exactly been a smooth one for appraisers over the last two years, with many changes forcing appraisers to adapt and learn new ways of doing business.
Valuation Review recently caught up with Clear Capital Chief Appraiser John Brenan to discuss specific changes throughout the industry since 2020, as well as the road technology has paved for appraisers.
“The flexibilities utilized during the height of COVID not only allowed appraisers to flourish but also served to accelerate appraisal modernization programs,” Brenan said.
