How does Clear Capital^™ work?

When a property inspection request enters our system from the customer, we clean and research the address to make sure the vendor can locate the property. We then send an e-mail and/or text message to one Inspector or real estate broker/agent at a time. Each field expert has several minutes to review the job and decide if he or she would like to accept it before another field expert is e-mailed. The first person to log into ClearCapital.com from any computer or mobile device and click "Accept" receives the order. All orders are completed online with our easy-to-use form. Completed inspections are reviewed by Clear Capital staff and then delivered to our mutual customer. At Clear Capital we pay our field experts within 3 to 4 weeks of completion because we truly value you and realize the significance of your work.
