Licensed real estate brokers and agents who complete Broker Price Opinion (BPO), Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), and/or Property Inspection (PI) reports can apply to join our field expert network for free.

What does it take to join?

• Your basic contact information;
• Your real estate license and expiration date; and
• A list of city/ZIP codes where you can complete BPO and inspection reports.

How does Clear Capital^® work?

When a valuation or inspection request enters our system from the customer, we clean and research the address to make sure the vendor can locate the property. We then send a single e-mail and/or text message to one field expert at a time. Each field expert has several minutes to review the job and choose whether he or she would like to accept it before another field expert is e-mailed. The first person to log into his ClearCapital.com account from any computer or mobile device and click "Accept" receives the order. All orders are completed online with our easy-to-use form. Completed valuations are reviewed by Clear Capital staff and, if necessary, we will send you clarification requests on your completed BPO prior to delivery to the customer. The goal of this process is to make sure that our mutual customers' preferences and requirements are properly addressed or commented upon before delivery. We truly value you and realize the importance of your work. Clear Capital field experts are paid within 3 to 4 weeks of report completion.

REONetwork.com operates as a DBA of ClearCapital.com, Inc. Membership on REONetwork.com or its Premium Partner Plan does not affect BPO work assignments from Clear Capital.
