Clear Capital Bolsters Already Strong Customer Service

Property Valuation Firm Promotes Carey Thrasher to Director, Customer Development; Adds Sales Professionals Chris Barry, Scott Shaw
 
TRUCKEE, Calif., February 5, 2008 - Clear Capital, a leading property valuations firm, today announced the promotion of Carey Thrasher to Director of Customer Development. In support of Thrasher, Clear Capital also announced the hiring of Chris Barry and Scott Shaw as Customer Development Managers.
 
Clear Capital is expanding its Customer Development Team to better introduce customers to the Clear Capital way of doing business. "Carey, Chris and Scott are a perfect fit for Clear Capital," said Duane Andrews, Clear Capital CEO. "They naturally exude an appreciation and genuine care for our customers."
 
In his new role, Thrasher is responsible for the leadership and direction of Customer Development activities at Clear Capital. Thrasher, who resides in Truckee, Calif., joined Clear Capital in January 2007 to build a team of customer-facing folks that compliment the already strong team of inside customer account managers. Prior to Clear Capital, he honed his professional selling skills for two years in residential real estate development and sales. He also spent an additional 15 years in the software technology sector working for IBM in sales management positions.
 
Barry and Shaw are highly-regarded in the industry and are terrific at helping their customers through the intelligent exchange of ideas and being reliable go-to sources for developing excellent products. Prior to joining Clear Capital, they both worked as top-level sales professionals at First American CoreLogic. Barry has seven years of management experience in the technology industry, followed by three years of direct sales and account management experience in the mortgage industry. Shaw has 12 years of complex management, account management and professional sales experience.
 
Barry and Shaw reside in the Sacramento area and will balance time between Clear Capital headquarters in Truckee, Calif., and the company's new Roseville, Calif. office.
