This has allowed Clear Capital's technology and product solutions to remain scalable and flexible, responding dynamically and accurately to customers' needs. He is dedicated to studying and understanding valuation processes and is instrumental to the continued evolution of Clear Capital's innovative technology across multiple platforms.

Clear Capital was co-founded by Marshall as a logical offshoot of the revolutionary REONetwork.com—the most widely used searchable database of real estate owned (REO) vendors. Since co-founding REONetwork.com in 2000, it has become a trusted resource for asset managers and brokers and is currently home to more than 12,000 registered REO professionals.

Marshall is an innovator in the Business-to-Business web sphere where he has produced successful Internet-based applications since the mid 1990s. He has worked closely with numerous government, financial, and commercial agencies to significantly improve product delivery processes and efficiencies.

Prior to REONetwork.com, Marshall held positions of increasing responsibility in technology management. He worked four years at JD Stewart and Associates as Director of its Web Division; and two years at LeaseLoan.com as Vice President, Web Development. At both companies he was responsible for the development of technology strategy and execution. His teams successfully migrated data-intensive paper products and client server applications to database-driven, browser-based applications.
