Luke Frederick is Executive Vice President of Operations for Clear Capital^®. He oversees all aspects of Clear Capital's broker and agent recruitment, support and training, and customer account team tools and support. His efforts ensure the company consistently delivers the highest standards of customer service, including our rapid turnaround times and exceptionally trained and highly available customer account team. Luke stays very focused on ensuring we maintain our industry leading 100% completion rate for customer orders — a record we are very proud of.

Luke joined Clear Capital in September 2002 as an Operations Manager and quickly advanced to lead the operations function for the organization. Since that time, he has designed and built our rich processes and infrastructures for supporting Clear Capital's broad set of valuation products and services. Prior to joining Clear Capital, Luke held call center and operational management positions for a diverse group of companies in the commercial and financial industries. Luke received his MBA degree from the University of Southern California.

Outside of the office, Luke is an avid outdoorsman. You can often find him Telemark snow skiing, sailing in the many lakes in the Tahoe region, and riding his mountain bike throughout the Sierra Nevada Mountains. He also enjoys reading, and remodeling his home in Truckee, California.
