Luke Frederick is Executive Vice President of Operations for Clear Capital^™. Frederick oversees all aspects of Clear Capital's broker and agent support, and customer account team activities and processes. He leads the company's efforts to continuously maintain the highest standards of service: 100 percent completion of all orders, intensive address verification, unsurpassed turnaround times, and highly available account staff.

Frederick joined Clear Capital in September 2002 as an Operations Manager and quickly advanced to the top of the Operations organization. He has been the driving force for building operations in support of Clear Capital's successful products and services including AVMs, BPOs, Property Condition Inspections, Value Reconciliations and the Home Data Index. Prior to joining Clear Capital, Frederick held call center and operational management positions for a diverse group of companies in the commercial and financial industries.
