Clear Capital

Helge Hukari is General Counsel for Clear Capital^®. Helge oversees the legal and regulatory affairs for the company and provides legal advice on a wide range of strategic, tactical and operational issues. He is responsible for managing company contracts, legislative and regulatory affairs, compliance matters, litigation, and intellectual property.

Prior to joining Clear Capital in 2008, Helge spent fifteen years practicing law at an international law firm in Palo Alto, California, and working with investment banks and hedge funds in San Francisco and New York. He has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, U.S. and international securities laws, corporate structuring, negotiation of joint venture and investment agreements, and general corporate representation.

Helge received his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee
University, and earned his law degree from the University of California,
Los Angeles School of Law. He was admitted in 1994 to practice law
in California.

Helge spends much of his free time chasing after his two young children, travelling, and enjoying the mountain lifestyle in the Lake Tahoe area. When the weather is warm, he'll be on the trails with his mountain bike, and when it snows, he can be spotted sailing down the runs of the local resorts with his skis or snowboard.
