Clear Capital

Gabe Nacht is the Chief Financial Officer for Clear Capital^®. He directs all accounting, finance, and treasury efforts for the company and is responsible for providing financial oversight and executing the strategic direction of Clear Capital's corporate finances.

Gabe has more than 26 years of domestic and international finance experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic management and compensation. During his career, Gabe has served as an independent financial consultant, and has held senior leadership roles including Sr. Vice President and CFO of Bustos Media, LLP, Sr. Vice President and CFO of Meridian Systems, Inc., CFO of Z-Spanish Media, and Sr. Vice President and Treasurer for Phillips International.

Gabe's background also includes several years of corporate banking experience focused on media and communications firms, where he negotiated and closed more than $1.5 billion in transactions. Gabe earned his MBA degree from Northeastern University, and bachelor's degree from Tufts University.

When outside the office, Gabe loves to take in his kids' soccer games, and enjoys running, skiing, and traveling to warm water locations where he can scuba dive. He also is a big lover of gourmet Californian, Asian, and
Italian cuisines.
