Clear Capital

Trannon Mosher is a Data Modeling Analyst for Clear Capital^®, and is responsible for providing innovative ways to uncover intelligence and insights from the large quantity of real estate data maintained within Clear Capital. His work directly impacts the quality and accuracy of Clear Capital's valuation products and services.

Trannon received his master's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in aeronautics and astronautics, where his thesis included the development of a financial model to assess the economics of solar energy for various market scenarios. He leverages his skills in numerical simulation and data model development at Clear Capital to create real world scenarios that help extract clarity and direction from our expansive data set. His current efforts include expanding our quality assurance assessment models for our valuation products, and utilizing spatial mapping models to optimize geographic coverage with our network of brokers and appraisers.

When he is not creating data models at Clear Capital, Trannon enjoys many outdoor activities in the local mountains. His favorites include camping, hiking, and seeking out local hot springs in the summertime, and cross-country skiing across the many miles of open trails in the winter.
