Clear Capital

Scott Richardson is Director of Customer Development for Appraisal Services at Clear Capital^®. Scott's focus is on strengthening existing client relationships and creating new relationships within the ratings agency and lending communities. In addition to meeting the valuation needs of our clients, he is responsible for leading the strategic direction of some of Clear Capital's highest volume appraisal products, including our Value Reconciliation and Collateral Desktop Analysis reports.

Scott is a huge driver of Clear Capital's hands-on, consultative approach to customer service. Before joining the company, he often experienced this approach first-hand as a client of Clear Capital's, first at Countrywide Securities, and then Collateral Risk Solutions (CRS). At these companies, Scott managed appraisal review and reconciliation products, loan acquisition due diligence, and facilitated tie outs for the trades.

When not growing our Appraisal business, Scott spends as much time as he can with his wife, daughter and pet Beagle. He loves traveling, especially back to his stomping grounds in the Southern part of the country, where he often visits family and friends, or takes in a baseball game of his favorite team, the Atlanta Braves. He is also an avid movie buff and collector. The prize of his collection, not surprisingly, is "Long Gone" — a baseball tale about life in the minor leagues.
