Faith Murphy, Manager of Customer Development, supports Clear Capital's commercial line of products and solutions, building partnerships with new and existing customers. Her approach is simple - listen and learn. Faith loves picking up the phone, talking with customers about a need or challenge and identifying the right solution. In her role, Faith also contributes to the product development and evolution of Clear Capital's commercial solutions.

Faith began her career at Clear Capital ten years ago where she specialized in quality control and order processing as a Quality Assurance Team Lead, Operations Representative and Vendor Service Representative. She received her California real estate license, practicing from 2006 - 2008. Faith continues to strengthen her industry and product knowledge through continuing education courses, including the Certified Mortgage Bankers Designation, Commercial/Multifamily Property Markets Update, Basics of Mortgage Servicing, Loss Mitigation, Collection Skills for Loan Counselors and Fraud Detection for Mortgage Servicers.

A longtime Truckee resident, Faith attended Sierra College. She can be found hiking or mountain biking on Lake Tahoe's beautiful trails with her golden retriever Reva. An expert skier, Faith spends her winter weekends at Squaw Valley where she spends equal time skiing black diamonds and chatting on the lift.
