Job Description
A Vendor Service Representative (VSR) works with real estate professionals across the country to provide mortgage companies with loan valuations. The primary responsibility of the VSR is to process reports from order entry to agent completion while improving vendor relations and expanding our vendor network.
  
Primary Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Place BPOs with brokers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Facilitate the completion of reports from entry to completion 
  • Improve vendor relations through outstanding customer service 
  • Work with customer teams to deliver high priority reports
  • Continue to expand pool of Vendors by establishing new relationships

Additional Qualifications
  • Real estate or appraisal experience is a plus
