Job Description
We're searching for qualified Quality Assurance Representatives to review Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) to ensure they meet our customer’s quality standards. Working with real estate professionals across the country to construct strongly supported property valuations.
 
Primary Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Ensure each BPO meets quality standards and requirements
  • The QA analyst is expected to meet quantifiable processing standards 
  • Improve Vendor relations through outstanding customer service 
  • Facilitate the completion of well defended valuations 
  • Work with customer teams to deliver high priority reports

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Creative problem solving abilities 
  • Strong computer and phone skills 
Additional Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Real estate or appraisal experience is a plus
